MINT CHIP SMOOTHIE

Bringing that winter mint flavor with this nutrient-rich, date-sweetened smoothie.

Avocado, hemp seeds, lucuma and spirulina blend together to add healthy fats, amino acids, fiber, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and bring anti inflammatory benefits.

Makes about 2 1/2 cups


YOU WILL NEED

  • 1 cup non dairy milk

  • 1 cup ice or filtered water 

  • 1/4 cup mint leaves, loosely packed

  • 1/3 cup baby spinach

  • ¼ avocado

  • ¼ cup hemp seeds

  • 4 dates, pitted

  • 2 tablespoons cacao nibs

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/3 cup protein powder, optional

  • 1 teaspoon lucuma powder, optional

  • 1 teaspoon spirulina, optional


TO MAKE

Place all of the ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend on high until the dates are fully processed and incorporated, about 2 minutes.
